At Reflections Therapeutic Massage, we specialize in one thing: Pain Relief.
We aren’t a day spa. You won’t find cucumbers on your eyes here—just skilled hands finding the root of your back pain. While recovery from back injuries can take time, you shouldn’t have to suffer while you heal. Our focused therapy works alongside your doctor’s care to manage pain and speed up recovery.

Back pain can take weeks to months to get better. In the meantime, massage can offer relief from pain in addition to conventional care.
Where Does It Hurt? We don’t do “cookie-cutter” routines. We target your specific trouble spots:
Lower Back (Lumbar): Relief for sciatica, spasms, and pain from sitting all day.
Upper Back (Thoracic): Release tension between shoulder blades and “tech neck.”
Stiffness & Mobility: Improve your range of motion so you can get back to golf, gardening, or work.

We agreed it was the best massage either of us have ever had. Highly recommended!Posted on Aimee KingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My boyfriend and I went there this past weekend and had a couples massage with Andrea and Scott. He likes deep tissue work while I like light-medium. Both of our individual messages were amazing. We felt in another world when we got done. Will definitely be going back.Posted on Mark CaseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been seeing Andrea for years now, and she is truly a master of the craft with advanced technique and healing hands! Whatever area of pain and discomfort, whether new or baseline, will receive precision care and treatment. It's easy to see that she embodies the mission of wellness tailored to the individual, with strong instincts, knowledge, and skill! I not only feel better physically, but my mind becomes clearer, and my spirit regains tranquility. I'm honestly recovered through and through. Andrea doesn't just give a massage. The experience is physical and mental rehabilitation! I'm a tight ball of knots from stress and mental health struggles, and I find relief. Gravity only mildly exists for me after each session. I won't go anywhere else because I couldn't feel more comfortable, happier, or better!Posted on Angela HallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a fantastic experience at Reflections Massage with Scott. He really listened to my needs and understood why I was there before starting the session. This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many over the years. As a health coach, and going through grief, I believe in filling my own cup so I can pour into others, and this was exactly what I needed. Scott is kind, professional, and incredibly skilled at finding and working out tension and knots. I felt amazing afterward and continued to feel great for days. Highly recommend booking with Scott. I can’t wait for my next visit!Posted on Ashley MillerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We specialize exclusively in pain relief and therapeutic massage, not “fluff” or standard spa relaxation routines. While our treatments are relaxing because they relieve tension, our primary goal is to identify and treat the root cause of your back pain using focused techniques like Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Release.
Yes. We don’t use “cookie-cutter” full-body routines. Your therapist will assess your specific condition—whether it’s sciatica, lower back spasms, or stiffness from injury—and create a customized protocol to target those specific muscles and inflammation points.
Many clients feel significant relief after just one session. However, for chronic back pain that has built up over months or years, a series of treatments may be necessary to retrain the muscles and provide lasting results. We will discuss a realistic treatment plan with you during your first visit.
We operate as a self-pay clinic to ensure we can provide the highest quality of care without insurance limitations. However, we can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.
Your comfort is our priority. Most clients disrobe to their comfort level to allow the therapist to effectively work on the back, glutes, and shoulders. You will be properly draped with a sheet or towel at all times, and only the specific area being worked on will be exposed.
Often, what feels like a spinal issue is actually a muscular imbalance. Chronic lower back pain is frequently caused by tight glutes or a compressed piriformis muscle pulling on the lumbar spine. Our Clearwater specialists use neuromuscular therapy to release these specific muscles, correcting the pelvic tilt that often causes that “stuck” feeling in your lower back and hips.
Desk work often leads to “Upper Cross Syndrome,” where your latissimus dorsi (lats) and chest muscles become overactive and tight, pulling your shoulders forward. This creates a constant, painful stretch on your mid-back muscles. By targeting the lats and surrounding connective tissue, we address the root cause of the tension rather than just rubbing the spot that hurts.
