Unused prepaid sessions roll over for up to 3 months.

Appointment cancellation policy
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 6 hours preceding your appointment. If you do not call to reschedule your session you will forfeit your monthly session and it will be counted same as if used.
